As a former Sales Manager at Unilever, I obviously have a lot of affinity with commerce and negotiation. I am always intrigued by the human side, focused on what drives people and why they do what they do. That is why I like to get to the essence, both within communication and behavior (leadership and (team) coaching). I like to combine depth with humor; after all, we shouldn't take ourselves too seriously.
