Chantal Suissa-Runne
In every position you mainly take yourself with you. It is my passion to guide people and teams in such a way that they have even more impact and success with their strongest qualities and are aware of their personal pitfalls. Then you can stand for your own principles while maintaining the relationship and serve multiple interests in a creative way.
Chantal is often referred to as 'the connector' by her network. She has set up various successful programs in the public domain, in which, in addition to connection, communication and conflict mediation, strategic change processes also played a major role. In 2015, she and a number of partners set up the largest diversity project in Amsterdam at '180 Amsterdammers'. She won the PAX Award for Peace for her Jewish-Islamic young professionals leadership project Mo & Moos. For several years, Chantal was editor-in-chief of the largest platform in the Netherlands for diversity: Nieuw Wij. Commissioned by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, she developed a discussion method called 'Effective Nuanceren', also offered as Responsible Clashing. Chantal is married, has two daughters and loves to travel, meeting new people and the insights of philosopher and poet Rumi.
