Registrations

We offer various negotiation workshops through individual registration. In this way, you will learn from your own personal experience, as well as from the experiences of your fellow trainees from other organizations. We provide you with ideas that are directly applicable in practice. Moreover you will build a valuable network of like-minded professionals. 

Customized Solutions

Regarding customized trainings, we strive to work in small groups (6-9 people) as this offers enough space for individual questions and personal feedback. Also, in small groups one cannot hide. The design of the training starts with specifying the behaviour and skills needed to achieve your business goals. Next, we make in inventory of real-life examples, hold intake interviews, read reports, notes, proceedings and more to get a good sense of the situation. Only then we can connect theory and practice aimed at the challenge at hand in an effective way. Usually, our trainings consist of 15% theory and 85% practical exercises.

 

We consider the primary responsibility for learning to be with the participant her/himself. We ask you to specify your personal learning goals and to discuss them with your manager before we start. This is often guided by a questionnaire.

Constructive Negotiations

Constructive Negotiations is our main workshop that will enable you to increase your confidence and agility in all kinds of negotiations. By means of our proven method you will develop into a flexible negotiator. After this workshop you will be able to prepare and execute negotiations in a structured manner. In addition, you will be able to recognize games and deal with them effectively.

Negotiating in Complex Projects

Negotiating in Complex Projects is a workshop specially tailored to the practice of the project leader and project manager. You will learn how to build solid partnerships and deal with the tactical and strategic aspects of working with multiple parties.

Conflict Management

In this workshop we apply our principles of constructive negotiation to the prevention and handling of tension, games, stalemates and conflicts. You will gain insight into how people consciously and unconsciously influence each other. In addition, you will learn to bring these aspects to the attention and to create willingness to come to a constructive progress (again).

7 Principles in 7 Hours

In 7 hours you will get to know the principles of "Mastering the Art of Negotiation" in an interactive way. We will use the theory from the book to show you how to keep a clear head, a warm heart, stong legs and nimble feet as a negotiator in professional situations.
