His specialty is negotiation issues in complex environments and he has trained/coached or advised thousands of people. He is the author of the book Everything Is Negotiation. After his medical exam he worked for about 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various management positions. He has been associated with RoutsLaeven since 1996. He has served a wide range of clients and subjects. From FMCG and Retail, engineering firms, contractors, knowledge institutes to various government agencies. Geurt Jan is married and father of 3 adult children. In addition to his work, painting is also a great passion.
